Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Real after-hours emergency dispatch, not a call center. A technician on rotation answers the line every night and weekend, year-round. If your AC fails at 9 PM in July or your furnace dies on a 20-degree January morning, that's exactly when we want to hear from you. Call our main number; the after-hours line forwards automatically.
What's your service area?
Our shop is in Washington, UT, and we cover the entire St. George metro area: Washington, St. George, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara, La Verkin, Toquerville, and Springdale. We also handle commercial work in Cedar City and Kanab on a case-by-case basis. If your address isn't on the list, just call and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.
How quickly can you respond?
During business hours, most homes inside the St. George metro see a truck within 30 minutes of dispatch. For emergency after-hours calls in Washington and St. George, we typically arrive within 60–90 minutes. Springdale, Toquerville, and outlying areas take a bit longer. We give honest ETAs over the phone. We'd rather tell you the truth than over-promise.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We do free in-home estimates on all new system installations and replacements. For repair calls, there's a standard service-call fee that covers the diagnostic and is credited toward the repair if you proceed. Quotes are written, itemized, and good for 30 days. No commission salespeople, no high-pressure tactics.
